The Associate Butler certification teaches dignified behaviour and the essence of hospitality through the fundamentals of the butler profession. Starting with butler history and roles, you will systematically learn practical manners, communication techniques, and the spirit of service applicable to daily life and the service industry.
Designed for beginners, you can study at home at your own pace. Through effective learning that combines textbook materials with online video lessons, you will be ready to take the exam in approximately two to four months.

Basic Manners and Etiquette

Grooming and Impression Management

Once your materials arrive, study at your own pace and take the exam when ready. Return your answer sheet; our association grades it, and a score of 80 or higher earns your certificate and card.
Advance through three tiers
Butler certification is earned step by step—from Associate Butler (Beginner) to Professional Butler (Intermediate) and Master Butler (Advanced). Level-skipping is not permitted. A solid Associate Butler foundation opens the path ahead.
