Annual Fee Renewal
Renewal occurs every April. For the first year, it is calculated from the month of joining, with annual renewal in April.

Q: Are there any membership requirements?
A: There are no special requirements for associate membership. Full membership requires practical experience as a butler or our association's certification. Corporate membership is for companies and organizations with legal entity status.
Q: When do I pay the annual fee?
A: You pay the first year's fee upon joining, and renewal occurs every April from the following year. If you choose direct debit, it will be automatically withdrawn.
Q: What about fees for mid-year joining?
A: The first year's fee is prorated monthly. For example, if you join in October, you pay for 6 months from October to March of the following year.
Q: Can I withdraw at any time?
A: Yes, you can withdraw at any time. However, we cannot refund paid annual fees. Please contact our office if you wish to withdraw.
Q: When will I receive my membership card?
A: Your membership card will be sent approximately 2 weeks after the membership review is completed. Digital membership cards are available immediately upon review completion.
Q: When can I use seminar discounts?
A: You can use them from the moment you receive the membership approval email. Please provide your membership number when applying for seminars.
