Communication Skills Training
Communication Skills Training is a practical program that applies the advanced communication skills practiced by butlers over the years to modern business professionals. Butlers communicate with guests using not only words but also facial expressions, posture, tone of voice, and timing. The skills of "active listening" to accurately understand the other person's true intentions and respond appropriately, "expression skills" to convey one's intentions without misunderstanding, and "non-verbal communication" techniques that speak more than words are essential in all business situations. This training systematically teaches communication skills directly applicable to practical work, from listening techniques, effective questioning skills, improving expression skills, to utilizing non-verbal communication.
⚠️ This training aims at skill acquisition and does not guarantee improved performance or better relationships.

II.About This Training
Communication between butlers and guests is not mere information exchange. It involves detecting the real needs behind the guest's words and providing the optimal response according to the situation. This requires the skill to listen deeply to the other person, draw out their true intentions with appropriate questions, and respond with clear words that avoid misunderstanding. Additionally, non-verbal elements such as facial expressions, posture, and tone of voice are important communication tools.
This training teaches butler communication techniques from both theoretical and practical perspectives. You will learn active listening techniques, effective questioning frameworks, clear and unambiguous expression methods, utilization of non-verbal communication (body language, facial expressions, tone of voice), adapting communication styles to situations, and how to navigate difficult conversations—all immediately applicable to practical work. Through pair work and group discussions, you will acquire practical communication skills.
This training is ideal for sales professionals, customer service workers, managers, team leaders, and all business professionals who want to enhance their "ability to communicate and listen."
